He is survived by: his wife Bethany Perez; his parents, Gardner Perez, Jr. and Shanie Corkern; his stepfather Kenny Lowery, Jr.; his children, Adalay Perez and Aubree Perez; his siblings, James Perez (Tanya), Brandon Perez, Stephen Perez, Frederick Langemark, Christopher Langemark, Mary Marine (Darryl) and Lisa Cotton; and his grandparents, Betty Perez, Pearl Perez, Dot Corkern and James Corkern. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
