He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Mae Ramagoz Dillon and Ernest "Snake" J. Blanchard, Sr.; and his brother Jay Dillon. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Jenkins Blanchard; his children, Ernest "Trey" J. Blanchard, III (Candie) and Tracey Blanchard Netto (Michael); his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Dillon, Kathleen Guillot and Audrey Gillespie; his grandchildren, Alexis Blanchard, Zachary Blanchard, Cooper Netto and Ella Netto; and his great grandchild Caitlynn Blanchard.
