He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Joseph Rapp Sr. and Clare Sykes Rapp; and his brother David Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Joy Rapp; his sons, Jeremy (Wendy) and Jared (Brittney); his grandchildren, Brit, Victoria (Brandyn), Sydneigh, Austin, Matthew, Isabelle and Evangeline; his great grandchildren, Remy and Adelynn; and his siblings, Dennis, Carl, Karen and Charles.
