He is survived by: his children, Roy Platt Jr. of Bloomburg, TX, Nancy Platt of Douglasville, TX and Christina Platt of Shreveport, LA; his stepdaughter Michelle Green (Justin) of Blanchard, LA; his brothers, Joey Platt (Sandra) and John Platt (Denise); his sister-in-law Billie Gale Platt of Vivian; his grandchildren, Michelle House (David), Brian Platt (Olivia), Breanna Platt (Colby), David, Sommer Platt, Bethanie Deville, Kasey, Nathan, Kaitlyn Bass, Cody Connell (Emily), Zackary Connell (Haley), Erica, Matt, Glorianna Devine, Daniel and Gabriel Green; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Gabriel House, Colton Guin (Due), Lillian, Joselyn, Laina and Karson Connell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
