He is survived by: his wife Shirley McCathran of Vivian, LA; his children, Les McLung of Marshall, TX, Charlotte Harper (Joe) of Berea, TX, Ron McCathran (Kaye) of Vivian, LA and Tammy Decker of Vivian, LA; his grandchildren, Stephen Duck, Cody McCathran (Kelly), Timmy Harper (Heather), Devine Decker, Kelsey Rogers (Michael), Barry Decker and Kaydie Monnin; and his brothers, Charles McCathran of Vivian, LA and Larry. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
