She is survived by: her children, Donna Kay, James Richard (Jim), Dean Smith and Jennifer Shively; her grandchildren, Amy, Paul Yeagley, Thomas, Amber Smith, Destiny Dunfey, Richlynn Hunt and Savanna Shively; and her great grandchildren, Carson Yeagley, Kensley Dunfey, Ayden Hunt, Maximilian Smith, Kennedy Smith, Layne Hunt, Atticus Yeagley and Rowen Dunfey.
