He was predeceased by: his parents, George Homer Lantz and Lillie Elizabeth Carter Lantz; his wife Mary Jo Jones; and his siblings, Robert Henry Lantz, Kenneth Earl Lantz, Audrey Dorliese Thompson and Marjorie Elizabeth Lantz.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Homer Lantz (Carrie), Jerry Michael Lantz (Betty) and Francis Imogene Paris; and his sisters-in-law, Glenda Lantz and Ruby Lantz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
