He is survived by: his nephews, Kim Middleton, Tim Middleton, Kasey Knight, Jonathon Knight, Ashley Middleton, HayLee Middleton, Kaden Ware, BentLee Ware, Aubree Middleton, Colton Hunter and Dawson Hunter; his girlfriend Martha Purcell; and his girlfriend's children, Wyatt and June. He is also survived by cousins and lifelong friends.
Kenneth, having been beloved by all kids he met, will be honored if, in lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at http://www.stjude.org.
