He was predeceased by: his parents, Jodie Rivers and Katherine Rivers; his brother Donnie Rivers; and his son Patrick Gerald Rivers. He is survived by: his wife Zelma Brumley Rivers; his daughters, Pam Boddie (Terry) of Mooringsport and Kim Rivers of Oil City; his siblings, Doyle "Buster" Rivers (Carolyn) and Joanne Anderson; his grandchildren, T. J. Boddie (Stephanie) and Casey Boddie Hartley (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Emily Jane Boddie, Peyton Leigh Boddie, Keira Elizabeth Hartley and James O'Neal Hartley. He is also survived by his wife, loving his numerous pets.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church - Oil City, in Jacky's name.
