He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac, Sr. Rawls and Hestella Mosley Rawls; and his sisters, Isabell Elder and Loretta Morrow. He is survived by: his wife Florine Consuella Aaron Rawls; his children, Jacqueline Courtney (Willie), Wilhelm "Will" Rawls (Trish) and Sonja Rawls Love (Carlos); his sisters, Ida Mae Tyson and Althanette King; his grandchildren, Quincy, Melisa, Tonya, Teelah, Taylor and Tierra of Terry; and his stepgrandchildren, Roxanne, Racheal, Joseph, Curtis, Amariah, Karlesha and Cameron. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and close friends.
