He is survived by: his wife Betty Bounds Woodell of Oil City, LA; his children, Nina Alexander (Richie) of Mooringsport, LA, Jennifer Phelps (Roy) of Mooringsport, LA and Doug Woodell (Doug Sullivan) of Stonewall, LA; his sister Ruth Johnston of Oil City, LA.; his grandchildren, Roy Phelps, Jr. (Kylie) of Ida, LA, Zach Alexander (Anna-Rose) of Minden, LA, Austin Alexander of Dallas, TX and Allie Alexander of Benton, LA; and his great grandchildren, Brexley, Brinkley Phelps, Mary-Maxie and Bess Marie Alexander.
