It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dean Burney of Vivian, Louisiana, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivin Burney and Lela Burney; his son Kelly Burney; his son-in-law Pat Dempsey; his wife Beatrice Burney of Vivian, LA; his daughters, Carrie Dempsey of Vivian, LA and Amanda White (Tim) of Shreveport, LA; his grandchildren, Charlie Angle, Matthew Angle (Keri), Katie Jackson, Nick Denison (Angela) and Emily King (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Breana, Lillian King, Drake, Nicky Joe Denison, Charley, Morgan Angle, Isabel and Jase Angle. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
