It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Clay Flanagan (Vivian, Louisiana), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mac and Mildred Flanagan; and his siblings, Charles Mac Flanagan and Patricia Billingsley. He is survived by: his sister Becky Flanagan Moore (Robert); his nephew Michael Moore; his nieces, Leslie Green (Randy) and Laura Billingsley; and his great-niece Emily Green (T. J. Love).
