He was predeceased by: his grandparents, H. E., Stevie Shaffett, T. D. and Etoice Little. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Shaffett and Cathryn Shaffett; his children, Sara Elizabeth Shaffett of Shreveport and Charles Thomas Shaffett of Vivian; and his siblings, Bob Shaffett (Debbie) of Vivian, John Shaffett of Vivian and Sis Adger (Jack) of Vivian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
