He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Woods and Katherine Woods; his wife Vivian "Bo" Woods; his granddaughter Lindsey Norton; and his brothers, Charles and Don Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Heggenstaller (Dan), Charlotte Ambrose (Gary) and Billie Woods (Elaine). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
