He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Richards and Agnes Jones Richards; his sister JoAnn R. Jackson; and his son Reynold Hodges. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice R. Anderson, Roy Ivan Richards and John D. Rock; and his brother-in-law Phillip Jackson. He is also survived by three daughters; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two Godchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Charbonnet Funeral Home -Violet Chapel (4917 E Judge Perez Dr, Violet, LA 70092). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
