It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pernell James Howard of Violet, Louisiana, who passed away on December 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. and Mary E. Howard. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Howard; his children, Chris Eugene and Blake Howard; and his siblings, Carlos Howard and Bettina Howard. He is also survived by four grandchildren, a host of other relatives, his church family and friends.
