He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Brandi Assavedo Battle; his children, Alivia Lynn and Luke Louis; his parents, Louis E. Battle and Diane Rodriguez Bourgeois; his stepfather Danny Bourgeois; his siblings, Antonia Battle White (Jimbo) and Christopher M. Battle (Cierra); his stepbrothers, Jeff, Mark and Chris Eason; his brothers-in-law, Nathan Assavedo (Brittany), Chad Assavedo (Alicia) and Brad Assavedo (Kurstin); his grandparents, Arnold, F. Rodriguez (Josephine) and Louis A. Battle (Bailey); and his friends, Donnie Lee (Rachel) and Lou Lou. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, godchildren.
