He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Robinson Blaise; his children, Jordan J. Blaise, Zandja, Zannae, Zankeia Young, Ja'Mya, Ja'Nya Johnson, Jayce and Jaylynn Blaise; his grandchild Za'ni Young; his siblings, Jason (Keonne), Joshua Blaise, Rhonda Johnson (David), Centrell B. Moring (Richard) and Lamonde Clark; his niece Lanika M. Blaise; and his grandparents, Freddie W. Robinson, Lawrence and Gladys C. Blaise. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
