She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Rhodes and Myrtle Rhodes; the father of her children Norman Caruthers; her sister Faye Womack; her half-siblings, Iva Lee Davis, Harold Rhodes and Wayne Rhodes; and her grandson Blake Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Caruthers (Lynn), Gayla Zirlott (Ricky) and Rene Johnson (Doug); her sisters, Dorothy Farmer (Carroll) and Norma Hallmark; and her grandchildren, Naomi Ramm, Crystal Ewing, Chris Moore, Jennifer Parker, Becca Butler and Melissa Ancelet.
