He is survived by: his sons, Donald Ray Simpson, Jimmy Lewis Budwine, Jr., Kenneth Budwine, Lucias Budwine, Sr. and Mark Antony Budwine; and his sisters, Annie Bell Budwine Kimble, Cecelia Joyce Budwine Cotton and Helen Marie Budwine James. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
