He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lowe; his children, Sheila Lowe Snider (Don) and Shane Dwayne Lowe; and his stepdaughter Theresa Lynn Self. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
