It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Jean Quinn (Vinton, Louisiana), who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tim Walter and Louise Walter; and her grandchildren, Christan Alan Parker and Kurt Alan Parker. She is survived by: her children, Robert Parker (Carla), Carlie Riggs of Moss Bluff, Amber Locklear (Donald) of Starks and Crystal Derouen; and her grandchildren, Nathan Parker, Landon Parker, Aubree Parker, Cameron Riggs, Chloe Riggs, Drake Locklear and Mason Locklear. She is also survived by ten siblings.
