He is survived by: his wife Loretta B. Whittington of Bayou Chicot; his children, Sterling Wayne Whittington, Jr. (Tarlene) of Bayou Chicot, Anastasia "Stacy" Soileau (D. K.) of Pine Prairie and Esther W. Campney of Bayou Chicot; his brother Roger Whittington (Carolyn) of Bayou Chicot; and his grandchildren, Damian, T. J., Jeremy, Tara, Elisha, Jessica and Samantha. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
