He is survived by: his sons, Dallas Hallam (Michelle) of Groton, NY and Forrest Hallam of Des Moines, Iowa; his sister Katherine Grossman (Norman) of Carrolton, MO; and his grandsons, Walker and Wyatt Hallam.
