She was predeceased by: her parents, Claney J. Veillon and Isabelle Ortego Veillon; and the father of her children Ellis Cary. She is survived by: her husband Evans Bergeron; her children, Mark Cary, Neil Cary, Ju'le Dartez and Laurie LeJeune; her grandchildren, Sydney Jarrell, Jason Cary, Elyse Cary, Zachary Dartez, Ethan Dartez, Ava LeJeune and Allie LeJeune; her great grandchild Ellis Jarrell; her brother Donald Veillon; and her sister-in-law Tressie Veillon.
In honor of Sherry's life and contributions to her community and loved ones, a gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, January 12, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Saturday, January 13, 2024 beginning at 8:00 AM until dismissal at 9:30 AM, A rosary will be recited Friday evening at 6:00 PM.
