It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Nell Guillory Fontenot of Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Guillory and Theolise Smith Guillory (Harrison Fontenot Sr.); her children, Harrison Fontenot Jr., Karley Fontenot and Earline Fontenot; and her siblings, Clarence Guillory, David Guillory and Mary Lou Fontenot.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Meche of Ville Platte and Elizabeth Soileau (Ronald) of Bayou Chicot. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
