She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Collins (Santrel) of Lafayette, LA and Michael Collins of Lafayette, LA; her sister Mable Collins of Lafayette, LA; and her grandsons, Trevin of Lafayette, LA, Bralon of Lafayette, LA and Davion Collins of Lafayette, LA. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
