He is survived by: his wife Fonda M. Launey of Ville Platte; his son Chet McCauley of Costa Mesa, California; his siblings, Robert Launey (Elaine) of Ville Platte, Laura LaHaye of Lafayette, Claudia Ortego (Randy) of Baton Rouge, Ramona Hebert (Warren) of Lafayette and Cindy Rosenberry of New Orleans; his sister-in-law Connie Launey of Lafayette; his parents-in-law, Woodrow and Bertha Morein of Ville Platte; and his brothers-in-law, Don Morein (Beth) of Ville Platte and Dave Morein (Kathy) of Ville Platte. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
