He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Luke Soileau, Elwood James Hebert and Rose Mae Deville. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Luke Soileau (Clara) and Geneva Maria Soileau; his siblings, David Shane Soileau, Allison Nicole Soileau and Frances Leigh Soileau; and his grandmother Josephine Alice Soileau (Jo Alice). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Laville Funeral Home Chapel (2353 E Main St, Ville Platte, LA 70586). A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the LaVille Funeral Home (2353 E Main St, Ville Platte, LA 70586). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (708 E Main St, Ville Platte, LA 70586).
