He is survived by: his wife Ruby V. Dupre of Plaisance; his daughter Dianne Manuel (Charles K.) of Faubourg; his sisters, Juanita Stelly of Carencro and Bernadese Tate of Ville Platte; and his grandchildren, Nicole Bowen (Gary), Jason Keith Manuel (Devon), Cassi Bowen, Sean Bowen, Jorden Bowen, Preston Bowen and Samantha Bowen.
