J and Nelson Fontenot, Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Fontella Frank of Ville Platte, LA, Mia Deville of Ville Platte, LA and Carlos Deville of Ville Platte, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
