He is survived by: his wife Emma West Fontenot; his son Steve Fontenot; his daughter-in-law Mollie of Pineville; his daughter Karen Soileau of Faubourg; his grandchildren, Sydni Lemoine (Gavin) of Moreauville, Jordan Soileau of Faubourg, Tristan Soileau of Faubourg and Cy Fontenot of Pineville; his great grandchildren, Korbin Dauzat of Moreauville and Rylee Lemoine of Moreauville; and his brother Dr. Charles Fontenot of Whiteville.
