He is survived by: his wife Laura Thomas Jackson of Ville Platte, LA; his children, Troy Jackson of Ville Platte, LA and Lacy Thomas of Baton Rouge, LA; his siblings, Keith Jackson (Charlene) of Opelousas, LA, Rita Prince (Joe) of Opelousas, LA, Rose Jackson of Opelousas, LA and Patsy Garrett (Frank) of Texas City, TX; his grandchildren, Songi Jackson of Lake Charles, LA, Tray Jackson (Aja) of Houston, TX and Amber Robertson of Ville Platte, LA; and his great grandchildren, Geraldo Nelson of Ville Platte, LA, Jrue Jackson of Houston, TX and Jrae Jackson of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Ninth Baptist Church (726 N Latour St, Ville Platte, LA 70586).
