He was predeceased by: his father Walter Fontenot Jr.; his brother Chauncey Chase Fontenot; and his grandparents, Yvonne Brunet, Jimmy Roy Ardoin, Walter Fontenot Sr. and Gloria Rita Fontenot.
He is survived by: his mother Rachel Robert of Ville Platte; his daughters, Addisyn Claire Fontenot of Ville Platte and Callie Brooke Fontenot of Ville Platte; his siblings, Siera Nichole Lafleur (Shaun) of Ville Platte, Trinity Faith Fontenot of Ville Platte and Branson Logan Fontenot; his uncle Mark Fontenot of Alabama; and his nephews, Jaxton Lafleur and Kayden Lafleur.
