It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juliana Russell in Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm F. Ortego and Marjorie Chapman Ortego; her husband Laurine Russell; and her siblings, Jody Marie Ortego Credeur and John Ralph Ortego.

She is survived by: her brothers, Francis Kern Ortego (Ellen Jean) of Ville Platte and John Rocky Ortego (Crystal) of Eunice. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
