He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Deville and Angeline Tate Deville. He is survived by: his wife Diane "Dee" Deville of Ville Platte; his children, Chris Deville (Patricia) of Chantilly, VA and Katie Hilzendeger (John) of Spokane, WA; his sister Glenda Lafleur (Terry); his grandchildren, Joshua Ardoin (Jessica), Tyler Hilzendeger and Whitney Hilzendeger; and his great grandchildren, Remi, Jaxon, Colton and Dillon.
