He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mayeaux; his sons, David Scott Mayeaux of Metarie, Dr. Stacy Wayne Mayeaux (Jackie Susan) of Opelousas and Martin Brook Mayeaux (Heather) of Shreveport; his grandchildren, Sydney, Caden, Amelia, Connor, Mason and Annaleise; and his siblings, Randall Ward Mayeaux (Donna) of Eunice and Shirley Hodges (Harrold) of Crowley.
