She is survived by: her children, Garrick Fontenot (Sarah), Madelie Fontenot, Elliot Fontenot and Abby Fontenot; her granddaughter Collins; her parents, Ricky Stagg and Phyllis Stagg; her sisters, Robbin Soileau (Bryan), Ashley Patin (Nick) and Kristin Fontenot (Kyle); and her siblings-in-law, Kyle Fontenot (Karen), Kane Fontenot (Greta), Shelly Lafleur (Shane) and Tina Stagg (Matt).
A rosary was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ardoin's Funeral Home (709 W Main St, Ville Platte, LA 70586). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (708 E Main St, Ville Platte, LA 70586). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Church of the Resurrection Cemetery Whiteville.
