He is survived by: his wife Linda McCauley Fontenot of Ville Platte; his children, Angie Schexnayder (Paul) of Ville Platte, Michelle North (Randy) of Lake Charles, Karen Bergeron (Pat) of Ville Platte and Michael Kevin Fontenot (Sara) of Broussard; his siblings, Barbara Lemoine, Maxine Chelette of Ville Platte and James Clyde Fontenot (Fox) of New Orleans; his grandchildren, Zachary Bergeron, Emily Caraway (David), Kathryn Bergeron, Stuart Schexnayder (Pamela), Lyndsey Hargrave (Kayne), Taylor Gausman (Kevin), Madison North, Jaxson Fontenot and Paige Fontenot; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Grace Gausman, Sutton Gausman, Agnes Caraway, Davis Hargrave and Turk Schexnayder.
