He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Fontenot (Lisa) of Westlake, Gwen Fontenot of Belaire Cove and Cathy Spurgeon (Craig) of Chicot; and his grandchildren, Shea Veillon (Mike), Danica Fontenot, Kennie Dupre, Mendy Courville (Chris), Brice Spurgeon, Jennifer Williams (Shane), Jessica Anderson, Justin Fontenot (Lexi) and Mary Kayla Fontenot. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
