She was predeceased by: her son Farrell Ortego of Ville Platte; and her parents, Leonie Brignac and Douglas Brignac (James Burke Ortego). She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Ardoin (Kent Ardoin) of Ville Platte, Becky Ray of New Orleans, Renee Veillon (Jimmy Veillon) of Lake Charles and Tony Ortego (Sotheary) of California; her grandchildren, Kim Mooney, Corey Pellerin, Jared Ortego, Jade Mays, Jared Mays, Tiffany Vincent, Tyler Ortego, Craig Ardoin, Tayler Zito, Johnathon Ardoin, Travis Veillon, Emily Ortego and Nick Ortego; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Mooney, Larkin Mays, Parker Mays, Zoe Pellerin, Olivia Zito, Beau Zito and Sadie Ortego; and her sister Elsie Bertrand of Mamou.
