It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doloris Sebastien Sylvester of Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Voris "Dan" Sebastien and Hilda Deville Sebastien. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gardnel "Doc" Sylvester; her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Dr. Dan Foster; her grandsons, Greg, Brad and Doug Foster; her son Dr. Carl Sylvester; her daughter-in-law Sally; her grandchildren, Dr. Sarah Sylvester-Kwong and Dr. Christopher Sylvester; her son Dr. Keith Sylvester; and her grandchildren, Jason Sylvester, Dr. Taylor Sylvester, Sydney Sylvester and Morgan Sylvester. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
