He is survived by: his wife Sandra Woodard Garlington; his stepsons, Richard Woodard, Jr., Jason Woodard and Kevin Woodard (Brandie); his brother Jimmy Garlington (Patsy); his siblings-in-law, Pat Cloud (Jimmy), Janice Deville and Roger Clark; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan, Neal, Kelsey, Jaelynn, Sean, Kinley, Jackson and Jasmine; his nieces and nephews, Jimbo Garlington (Brenda), Jennifer Lewellyn (Tim), Stephanie Pace (Scott), Stephen Garlington (Rachel), Tabitha Sontag (Michael), Hensley Garlington and Susan Poole; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Little David Garlington, Cassie Johnson, Emily Garlington, Audrey Garlington, Sarah Pace, Kayleigh Pace, Cullen, Clara Mae Sontag, Peyton Lewellyn, Olivia and Charlie Breland. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
