He is survived by: his daughters, Miranda Thompson of Pine Prairie and Marsha Blood (James "Jimbo") of Bayou Chicot; his mother Maffine Austin of Eunice, LA; his close friend Paula Fontenot of Ville Platte; his siblings, Kent Thompson of Eunice and Ronda Thompson Delatte of Vidrine; his grandchildren, Alison Aymond, Brett Blood, Sylus Arabie and Hannah Arabie; and his great grandchildren, Riley Aymond and Olliver Aymond.
