She is survived by: her parents, Levy Andrus and Mary Belle G. Andrus Ellis; her husband Andrew Chapman; her daughter Julie Chapman Welch; her son-in-law Derrick; her grandchildren, Amelia, Levi and Amy; her sister Delores Soileau; and her children, Justin, Amy and Brian Chapman. She is also survived by relatives and many close friends.
