It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam John Tassin Jr. of Ville Platte, Louisiana, born in Bordelonville, Louisiana, who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adam John Tassin and Elda Maillet Tassin; his wife Sheilda Durr Tassin; his children, Adam John Tassin, III (Tiffany) and Cynthia Michelle Tassin (Jayme); and his stepchildren, Renee King Soileau (Mitch), Tammy King Fontenot Doucet (Gregory) and Wesley Oden King (Kristi). He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens' Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital, M.D. Anderson, and Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church.
