He was predeceased by: his parents, E. W. Brasher and Fannie Brasher; his siblings, Emond Brasher, Jewel Brasher, Baxter Brasher and Ima Jean Owens; and his grandson Renn Brasher.
He is survived by: his children, Don Brasher (Sherri) of Vidalia, LA, Joy Haley of Corinth, TX and Kathy Pichon of Woodville, TX; his grandson Russ Brasher (Hilary) of Vidalia, LA; and his great grandchildren, Eliza Brasher and Holden Brasher of Vidalia, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Young's Funeral Home (609 EE Wallace Boulevard N, Ferriday, LA 71334). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
