He is survived by: his friend Moose Lodge; his parents, Carol Bolyer, and Ralph Bolyer, Sr.; his grandmother Susie Bolyer; his sisters, Traci Sandy and Margie Cross (Nicholas); and his brother-in-law Jeremiah Sandy.
