With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Cupit of Vidalia, Louisiana, born in Winnsboro, Louisiana, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Edward Gilmore Sr. and Virgie Forman Gilmore; her husband George Cupit Sr.; her brothers, Phillip Edward Gilmore Jr., Felix "Mac" Gilmore and Charles Randy Gilmore; and her great grandchild Tucker Cross Hinson.
She is survived by: her children, George Cupit Jr. of Vidalia, LA, Susan Cupit Hinson (Denny) of Vidalia, LA and Glenn Cupit (Tammie) of Berry, AL; her grandchildren, Matt Hinson (Alysha), Brett Hinson (Kayce), Kammeron Cupit (Marla), Casey Cupit, Peyton Lowery (Lane), Paige Simmons (Skyler), Brooke Cangemi (Cole) and Brittany Morace; and her brothers, Clifton "Douglas" Gilmore (Jeannie) of Orlando, FL and Joel Dennis Gilmore of Crosby, MS.
